Andy Fell spent 30 years in financial services operating at GM level at both RBS/NW and latterly Westpac/St.George. He was at his happiest leading large distributed, people centric consumer banking businesses.  After turning 50, he finally worked out his life’s true purpose and left corporate to establish GiFT631 a four-pillared learning and growth business that centres on conference/keynote speaking, coaching, offsite facilitation and leadership/talent development.

Andy’s style is very practical - all his frameworks and strategies are actionable and implementable. His approach is based on his learnings and experience as opposed to theory and research. He loves to help people, teams and business soar to new heights and strive to reach their true potential. After successfully working with the EO board, the feedback is that this is a not to be missed event that will help business owners both personally and also how they lead their team.

Cancellation Policy
In line with EO values, respect to other members/speakers and venue/catering costs occurred, cancellations are required no less than three business days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellation with less than three business days notice or failure to attend will occur the cancellation fee to be paid no later than seven days. 

Members (EO and Accelerators) cannot send a non-member in their place. For all other substitutions being made, please notify as soon as possible.
